My Session at Community Tech Days Hyderabad(CTD)

Community Techdays are Microsoft User Group activities that would be broadcasted live for Microsoft Developers and IT Pros. This is the first huge crowd that i appeared after i entered into my career. Those school days and college days are different but here it was very much unique.. there were professionals and enthusiasts. I didn't inform any of my friends that I am going to present something there a short session as even i was not sure about that..It was really a big day dream and night mare with tension around me.
It was wonderful as i met good friends over there and i was not really in senses..I can see nothing around and my sole concentration was about the presentation and what i speak. People usually call me express and i often get the feedback to be a bit slow.. But finally i will get a good feedback ( Self appraisal as something is better than nothing).. Anyways it was fun, excitement, happiness that i achieved something.. Have to target for more bigger things from now.. I know i just started up..Just wishing and praying god to help me achieve my passion. Now there are lots of things i have to learn and should get ready for further events.. Was searching for such a way since long time and hope now i got the opportunity.
I have learned many things there.. Moving from beginners to professional speakers i.e how to become a professional speaker is what i have learned there and highlight session of the event which I was impressed was of an MVP VijayRaj on Windows 7..The most funfilled and superb session. All the other sessions were very technical and i felt like i knew nothing..Lot many concepts to learn ahead...
My Special Thanks to Chandrashekar Thota.. the man behind http://hyderabadtechies.info/ and is inspiration for many aspirants like me.Pranav and Shravan core team of hyderabadtechies. Wishing the team all success in future...

TechWar 2009 at hyderabadtechies.info.. Microsoft Developer User Group.

After looking at MSDN Newsletter(http://msdotnettechies.wordpress.com/2010/01/21/msdn-news-letter/)…I just want to put down my thoughts and experiences and my status after the continuous 48 hours sessions followed by my office hours with a dried face as if not slept for years but still I have got some cheerful smile. I honestly say that what kept me awoke and alert to participate in the session is the core team. In fact I was confused puzzled or shocked or what not when I heard this mind blowing idea of keeping oneself awake for 48 hours. From where do we get people to speak who will be patient to hear? Are people so workaholic or technoholic(No such word exits introduced by me)??? So many questions but still there was amazing feeling and excitement and confidence on the team. When I just entered the session like the day before I got couple of mails regarding the schedule and keynote and I was asked to speak and introduce Aswin and I was in little bit of trans when I heard that I am gng to introduce someone an MVP( More than President of USA for me)…Also not only the sessions I have to give but I have to manage In between…From there Team Hyderabad techies turned out to be WE the TEAM Hyderabad techies. I have one exciting moment in life which can be remembered for ever as I do watch so many technical videos How do I videos..Presenters sharing their Presentations and then showing a demo…At instances my hand used move over the mouse and I used to get involved as if its my session…. This is really a dream come true for me.. Thanks to http://hyderabadtechies.info ( Microsoft User Group Hyderabad ) ….. Hope the team rocks on and on and give such opportunities to aspirants like me … Even I am contributing my part and now Core team Member...Hey I was the winner even there. The so called BEST OUTSTANDING SPEAKER :) http://hyderabadtechies.info/index.php/tech-war-2009-awards-announced ..Here's the proof.

My Team Sessions @ Assembly

My team meeting reminds me of AP Assembly Session :) :)

Just kidding as nothing can be compared with Assembly.
In my previous company there was only one speaker and no questioners. Even if some one asks a doubt he will be called an extraordinary genious..

Experiences with team meetings here in my second job..every one asks the questions. There will be one speaker and many questioers and there by many volunteers to answer the doubts and it goes on and on as a discussion. All the associates here in this comapany are well experienced..Behave as perfect professionals and even though no one has a grey hair but every one has touched so many architectures and Domains and i am feeling wonderful abt the scenarios they apply and think about myself "why didn't i get this doubt???" and later compromise saying that " All these things comeup with Experience." Ofcourse its the fact.

I am now ready to present a session here just becoz i got the confidence that even if someone asks a doubt out of my knowledge there are lot more to answer it before i can speak :) :)....

Finally what happens is the session will be planned for an hour and the presenter comes with 10-15 slides and wil be at his 3 rd slide itself at the end of an hour..Mean while discussion is all abt these 3 slides itself with hell lot of scenarios around..

But I am enjoying because i want to learn learn and learn :).

Cornflakes recipe

Bored up with Lunch? Want to try some thing new that can provide you Zero percent fat but a very good diet...Is Cornflakes your favorite? Try it ..You will love it? U Dnt like it :) Even then try it ...U wil start liking..
Onions,Carrots,Capsicum etc..What ever u like.Slice then into small pieces..To the size u like them :)...
Take 2 tbsp of oil put it in a bowl and heat it. Once it gets heated up deep fry all those sliced pieces..Meanwhile take 2/3 Tomatoes and 4/5 green chillies and grind them to paste.
Put this paste in the fried ones and heat it till the raw taste is gone..Add Salt for taste..You can use Chilli Sauce and tomato sauce instead of this grinded paste, but it wnt be a healthy diet..Its up to u..
Once u feel like its well done...Turn off the flame ,Put the corn flakes along with this paste in a seperate bowl and tan it well...
Yes its ready...For sure this wil be a healthy lunch of yours....A healthy ZERO fat diet(Only if u dnt use sauce)
Do comment only after trying it.

Doomsday

Apparently, the world is going to end on December 21st, 2012. Yes, you read correctly, in some way, shape or form, Earth(or at least a large portion of humans on planet) will cease to exist. Stop planning your careers, don't bother buying a house, and be sure to spend the last years of your life doing something you always wanted to do but never had the time. Now you have the time, four years of time, to enjoy yourselves before… the end.
So what is all this crazy talk? We've all heard these doomsday predictions before, we're still here, and the planet is still here, why is 2012 so important? Well, the Mayan calendar stops at the end of the year 2012, churning up all sorts of religious, scientific, astrological and historic reasons why this calendar foretells the end of life as we know it. The Mayan Prophecy is gaining strength and appears to be worrying people in all areas of society. Forget Nostradamus, forget the Y2K bug, forget the credit crunch, this event is predicted to be huge and many wholeheartedly believe this is going to happen for real. Planet X could even be making a comeback.

The Mayan Calendar

So what is the Mayan Calendar? The calendar was constructed by an advanced civilization called the Mayans around 250-900 AD. Evidence for the Maya empire stretches around most parts of the southern states of Mexico and reaches down to the current geological locations of Guatemala, Belize, El Salvador and some of Honduras. The people living in Mayan society exhibited very advanced written skills and had an amazing ability when constructing cities and urban planning. The Mayans are probably most famous for their pyramids and other intricate and grand buildings. The people of Maya had a huge impact on Central American culture, not just within their civilization, but with other indigenous populations in the region. Significant numbers of Mayans still live today, continuing their age-old traditions.
The Mayans used many different calendars and viewed time as a meshing of spiritual cycles. While the calendars had practical uses, such as social, agricultural, commercial and administrative tasks, there was a very heavy religious element. Each day had a patron spirit, signifying that each day had specific use. This contrasts greatly with our modern Gregorian calendar which primarily sets the administrative, social and economic dates.
